What is the estimated delivery time?

We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon the type of your order like direct/customized product. As of now all the deliveries take approximately 5-7 business weeks. WOODEN INTERIO is dedicated to dispatching your products within the 7th week of the timeline; however, in the case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the Est delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such exceptional cases, WOODEN INTERIO may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer as per the scenario.

What if I don’t get my furniture even after the estimated date?

WOODEN INTERIO strives to reduce the shipping time, though some technical glitches may result in delay. If you are waiting for longer than usual, you are requested either to track your order or to call our Customer Service Representatives at +91-9314444747 (9 AM – 6 PM).

How will you deliver my purchase?

Can I receive my order at a different address?

Yes, WOODEN INTERIO can deliver your furniture at an address other than the billing address.

Can you deliver my product overseas?

No, currently WOODEN INTERIO products are available for national delivery only.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that the packaging is intact, no part is damaged or missing of your furniture. In case you find any damage, kindly contact our Customer Service Representatives at +91-9314444747 (9 AM – 6 PM) and inform about the same within 48 hours of delivery.

Where does WOODEN INTERIO provide free installation services?

WOODEN INTERIO offers its free installation services in Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, and South 24 Parganas at present.

Does WOODEN INTERIO provide free installation for all the product(s)?

WOODEN INTERIO shall not be responsible for providing a free installation for the Wall Shelves, Decor Items, or similar products that cost less than INR 5000.

What should a customer do with the wooden crate/packaging material?

The wooden packaging material used for shipping a product is a property of WOODEN INTERIO, and should not be disposed of by any customer. WOODEN INTERIO believes in recycling these wooden carats and hence would like to collect these back from customer’s place and re-use it.

Does WOODEN INTERIO deliver product to a customer’s doorstep?

WOODEN INTERIO shall only be responsible for a door step delivery if your house or society has a service lift that can be used to deliver a medium sized product at your doorstep. In cases where the customer does not have a service lift or the lift is small to carry the product with the wooden crating, and then we shall deliver the product to the ground floor only.

What should a customer do in case of a broken product?

In case of any broken product or unsatisfied customer, the customer would need to contact WOODEN INTERIO and notify the issue to us. We’d be happy to offer the best feasible solution as per the scenario to the customer. The customer is required to keep the product at his/her place for the time being under his/her responsibility till which a logical solution is reached between both the parties.
